Collaborated with Uninterrupted on an original documentary highlighting the inequality in youth soccer in America. Centered around the club team, FC Harlem, we showcase the extraordinary efforts Irv Smalls is implementing to offer a diverse range of talent their shot at a career in Soccer.
Culminating at the biggest youth tournament in the US, The Dallas Cup, FC Harlem shows the nation they deserve to compete on the highest level and that US Soccer needs to be talent focused not “pay to play”.
APPROACH
Partnered with Uninterrupted to embed ourselves within the FC Harlem organization, the players and the passionate leadership team.
Getting to know each player, their home life and extreme love for soccer allowed us to connect with them on a personal level and tell their unique stories through the lens of this documentary.
Traveling with the team and showcasing their dedication and personalities, we were able to shed a small amount of light on the incredible untapped talent within the underrepresented youth.
IMPACT
Aligning with FC Harlem’s mission, we have been able to create engaging content that exposes the US soccer operation and its current “pay to play” model.
Providing the undervalued and overlooked boys and girls in the United States that should be playing this sport from youth and grow to be the professionals we all know they can and should have the opportunity to become.
FC Harlem’s partnership with Toulouse FC is a testament to the amazing work the organization is doing and we are proud to be a part of it.
